HYDROGEN TEST BENCH INAUGURATION

Our new hydrogen test bench is up and running! Inaugurated in the presence of a large number of local councillors, this test bench marks an important step in our commitment to the energy transition. The event provided an opportunity to share a vision of the future of motorisation with a large number of guests, including institutional representatives who had come to support this local and sustainable industrial initiative.
Hydrogen was presented as a concrete solution for the future, developed directly in the company’s workshops. The presence of elected representatives, representatives of organisations and partners, as well as the local media, demonstrated strong support for innovation, the energy transition and the region’s economic development.

HISTORIC SUCCESS AT THE 24 HOURS OF LE MANS - CENTENARY EDITION

The perseverance of Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus has been rewarded with 6th and 7th place in the centenary edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans! We can only admire their achievements and thank them for their confidence!
The Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus 708 and 709 are equipped with the V8 engine custom-developed by Pipo Moteurs since 2020, and have achieved the feat of 6 starts and 6 finishes, without any major problems, over the 3 participations in this legendary race!

The Pipo Moteurs adventure began in 1973 and has since evolved under the banner of high performance.
Pipo Moteurs equips motorsport legends such as the Peugeot 306 Kit Car, 406STW 206 WRC and 307 WRC, Ford Focus WRC, Ford Fiesta S2000 WRX and WRC, the Hyundai I20 WRC and WRX Marcus Grönholm, as well as the Bentley Continental GT3, the DS3RX Petter Solberg and the Fiesta RX Ken Block.

Pipo moteurs makes the switch from internal combustion to hydrogen engines

Pipo Moteurs has built its reputation on long-standing partnerships with renowned manufacturers such as Ford, PSA, Hyundai and Bentley, with whom it has won 13 FIA world titles (drivers and manufacturers) to date.

2016 was a pivotal year for Pipo Moteurs. As the only manufacturer-independent player, the company is developing its own engine, a 4-cylinder turbo for Rallycross championships, and in 2020, a twin-turbo V8 that is making a strong impression in the World Endurance Championship (24 Hours of Le Mans).

With a strong capacity for innovation and a real winning culture, our next challenge is to introduce the hydrogen internal combustion engine into racing.
